Hello Employers

This is what you should be looking for in candidates: 
 1. Attitude 
2. Adaptability. 
3. Ability to perform the role. 
4. Skill/Experience 
5. Workplace culture fit. 
6. People who can teach Management something. 
7. The person who can ultimately replace your senior execs. 
 Candidates are PEOPLE. They are not human resources, or human capital. If you don’t want to hire people with employment gaps, I guess you slept through COVID-
  1. If you don’t want to hire people above the age of 40, I hope you are making enough money to pay for your parent’s pension, healthcare, mortgage and living expenses for 30-40 years.  
    The world has changed. EVERYBODY is now one paycheck away from redundancy. Be reasonable, be kind and be…. 
  2. HUMAN! Anything to add, please?
